How to read this map
Each lane is one module from the BRD. Each box is one screen in the form-based journey (one decision per screen, one primary action – the pattern taken from the reference journey). Blue tags are Bank APIs called on that screen; green tags are the analytics events that feed the MIS export. Arrows show the happy path; alternative exits are listed under next.
Authentication happens once (mobile + OTP) and routes to the customer home. "Need help?" is reachable from every screen and leads to the Support lane.
